BREAKFAST FRUIT SMOOTHIE

300 ml fruit juice of chioce

1 small fruit e.g banana or 10 starwberries or ½ apple or ½ mango

½ C Oats/ 2 TBS digestive bran

½ C Plain yoghurt

 

HI PROTEIN and ENERGY SHAKE

300 ml full cream milk

100 ml cream

2 scoops Nutri shake

34 g (scoops as indicated) whey protein premium (brand of choice)

 

VEGETABLE JUICE

Serves 2

Ingredients

½ Cup Cucumber

½  small carrot

1 Cup spinach leaves

½ apple green apple

Ice

500 ml water

 

Method

  • Blend all together
